Residents
of Spicer Grove and Eagle Court On 23 February, I met with residents of nine residents of Spicer Grove and two of Eagle’s Court, formerly part of St Patrick’s Housing Cooperative. Residents have confirmed that it is an accurate account of the meeting. The group consists of 11 households which hold a common view of the Tesco/Everton proposal for Kirkby Town Centre. The group of 11 residents does not wish to move from their present homes. They are opposed to the Tesco/Everton proposal because they will lose their homes and they believe it will increase traffic and the incidence of anti-social behaviour in the town.
